You’re a King; Say the Word
And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth (Revelation 5:10)
You’re a king, and kings don’t beg; they make decrees. Job 22:28 says, “Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee….” The reason you can make decrees or issue commands and have them established unto you is because you’re acting on the Word; you’re taking your place as God’s king-priests, ordained to reign in the earth.
Quit crying or begging God to do something about your situation; decree the Word of God concerning that matter and effect a change. Take advantage of your office today; live as the king that you are; issue decrees and see them come to pass.
Your Testimonies And Your Faith-Walk
For we walk by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7)
The walk of faith is the lifestyle of every Christian. The earlier you realize this, the better for you. The reason is that you’ll be confronted with several challenges along your path. Amidst these, your testimony must remain consistent with what God has said. The Bible says, And being not weak in faith, he (Abraham) considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah’s womb. He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God (Romans 4:19-20).
People laughed at and made mockery of Abraham, yet, he kept testifying that God has made him the father of many nations and his wife, Sarah, mother of princes. At the end, his tongue-work produced for him a son just as the Lord had said. Moreover, the Bible says, And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. (Revelations 12:11 KJV)
You’re Divinely Protected
Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm (1 Chronicles 16:22)
In the scripture above, God wasn’t just referring to anointed prophets as Moses, Elijah, and Elisha; He was referring to all His kids. We’re His anointed ones! Anyone that dares to touch or harm you will automatically incur God’s wrath, for His watchful eyes of protection are forever upon you. That’s why He admonishes us repeatedly in scripture not to fear.
You’re divinely protected from the peril and evil in the world. The Bible says “A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee (Psalm 91:7). Jesus also said in Luke 10:19 “…and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
